Some people do not like to get their photos taken, I get that! I am the same. But, after a few moments together, a little bit of guidance and a few silly jokes, you will be able to relax and have fun while we take the photos. My photography approach on your wedding day is mixed!
Initially documentary, where I capture the day as it unfolds. Before sunset, I normally suggest us to go for a walk, 15/30 min usually to capture some beautiful portraits of the new couple. That moment is yours, a little pause for you to enjoy each other’s company. In this situation, I may offer some guidance and tell silly jokes to make the moment fun, natural and relaxing to get the most out of your little portrait session. Later on, you may see me blending in, always being friendly and fun interacting with your family and friends in the middle of the party to get those genuine smiles and dance moves! By then, no one will see me as a photographer and that’s when the fun begins! I’m always up for a party!
I want you to be happy with your wedding day photographs so we will chat via email and then meet face to face if possible or via Zoom. You will get to know me and I will get to know you and what’s important on your wedding day. I’m there to capture the emotions and the special moments, no wedding is the same as the other. I am probably not the right photographer for you if you want to tick-off all the cliché shots and awkward poses that are typical of a conventional wedding as well as formal photos with every single person/ couple that is invited to your wedding. I believe it’s important to capture the closest people to you, normally limiting this to 30/ 40min of your day.

Elopement is about yourselves and the love you share together. It is built on the idea that you go somewhere stunning with your partner to get married and read your vows.
Eloping allows you to create a day that reflects what you have in common. You can choose to elope with just the two of you or even with some friends and family members. Possibilities are endless! You can travel to somewhere meaningful to your relationship or a destination completely new to start your marriage on an adventurous note, like the top of a mountain, an escape to the lakes or under an epic waterfall. Whatever your idea will be, I will follow you to photograph one of the most emotional moment of your life! Capturing your romance, intimacy and authenticity, I will be there to document these memories that will last a lifetime.
When to elope: you can choose any day of the year to elope.
Choosing a location: where do you want to get married? Find your meaningful place weather being somewhere familiar to you or go on an adventure to a new place! Scotland, the Lake District, Cornwall, Devon, Northern Ireland just to name a few stunning places in the UK.
Clothing: having a wedding dress that allows you to move comfortably while hiking a trail is a must! For the shoes you can use a pair of trainers or hiking boots, swapping to your formal shoes at the end.
Eloping: You might need to comply with a few legal requirements. In most of the UK, marriage should take place in a building or structure that is legally sanctioned. However, if you’re planning to elope in Scotland or Ireland, different rules apply. Make sure you’ve read the laws carefully. Some couples prefer to do the legal part first and then elope wherever they wish.
Witnesses: you need two witnesses to legally marry in the UK. Plan in advance if you want these to be someone close to you or if you’re happy to find someone else on your wedding day.
Telling your friends and family: I would suggest contacting your closest friends and family before announcing to everyone else on social media. You can prepare an email with a few photos of the day to share with them or even throw a party and share some photos of your day with them too.

After the highlights review, you will get your images 12 weeks after your wedding.
This will depend on the package you’ve selected. The complete experience includes 650+ photos and the full-day package includes 500+ photos. The half-day package includes 300+ photos.
I recommend meeting before your wedding day to discuss details and go through the plan for the day. If this is not possible due to distance, etc, I will be available for a zoom call.
I would appreciate to be provided with a meal if you chose the full day package – I normally eat quickly at the same time as the guests. If you went for the half-day package, no food is required.
For destination weddings my package prices remain the same but, I kindly request travel and accommodation to be covered additionally which normally is around £500.
